ONLINE - The Grateful Swing Return Policy
We offer online store credit only for returns. Purchases must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns.
All returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other odor or residue. All original tags must be attached.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Items purchased with a discount of 20% off or more
Items marked “final sale” on the website
Hats
Shoes
Accessories
Jewelry
Hair accessories
Home décor
Gourmet food items
Candles & home fragrance
Seasonal & holiday items (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Valentine’s, Halloween, etc.)
Return Guidelines
All returns must be delivered back to The Grateful Swing (by mail only) within 15 days of delivery (per tracking).
Any return received outside our policy or not meeting return standards will be sent back at the customer's expense or donated to a local nonprofit. After 15 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
Please include a copy of your receipt, order number, or packing slip inside the package.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to provide return labels at this time.
